They Paid, But Never Saw the Project: Checkatrade Disaster.
My experience with Checkatrade became a total disaster. I hired a trader through their platform to complete some crucial home repairs. They seemed reliable at first, but it resulted in a appalling ordeal.
Even though I paid the full amount upfront, the work completely vanished into thin air. Contact dried up. It's been months, and I'm still left with unfinished repairs.
Their customer service has been unhelpful throughout this whole process. They laughed at my plight. It feels like I've been taken advantage of.

- Don't fall into the same trap I did.
